Shipping Policy

We offer shipping to most European countries. The shipping cost is calculated based on the destination country and the weight of the package.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and will be delivered on average between 3-10 days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method selected during checkout.

Return & Refund Policy

We strive to provide you with the best possible customer service and shopping experience. In the event that you need to return or exchange an item, please read our return and refund policy below.

Returns:

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. Please inform us per e-mail if you would like to do so.

  • If the return is caused by a quality fault of the product, please send us a photo of the fault as proof.

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and labels attached.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.


Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 business days of receiving your returned item.

  • We will refund the full purchase price of the item, excluding shipping fees.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
